	limited to the lesser of 20% of the Ex-Im line or $500,000
	limited to the term of the loan agreement
	100% collateralization required, 25% of which must be cash bond
	avoid if possible

Performance Bonds Generally SLC's can be issued to replace SLC's issued within the past 60 days (sometimes 90) limited to term of the loan agreement
